I don't even know where to start.
They allow dogs here now, so you have to look out for turds in the parking lot since no one picks up after their dog. Other folks let their small dogs poop on their deck, they it appears they just push the turds through the cracks in the deck, so there are turds in the carports, too.
Last night three men upstairs vomited and urinated down the stairwell, so today I have puke and pee on my doorstep and down the stairs.
Last October when my building was deemed "Unsafe to Occupy" by the city we were just turned out to fend for ourselves (a truck crashed into the building and collapsed the corner of the building and pulled the decks off).
Tenants routinely store rotten garbage outside their front doors and on their decks.
All the appliances are the cheapest, bottom of the line brands.
It looks like they built this place with "B Grade" materials. Cracks in the walls, countertops that don't fit and/or unfinished, crooked cabinets, cracks in the support beams, chipping and flaking cement.
Snow removal is a joke - I was unable to drive out of the parking lot for almost a week this winter because of the ice.
New "managers" every 6 months or so. Right now there's nobody here....
Most of the children here are little rat bullies.
It was nice here when I moved in, now it's full of white trash, wiggers, and little gang-banger wannabes.
The only time they clean it up around here is when the owners come for an inspection, they you get these punitive letters from management about cleaning up your garbage etc. They act like they're doing you a BIG FAVOR by letting you live in this WONDERFUL community. Hello!!!!!!
I'm thinking about breaking my lease to get the hell out of here.

I'm the Owner. I'm very disappointed that you are not happy with your experiences at Outlook. We certainly do our best to provide a quality housing product and welcome feedback and constructive advice.
I do want to offer a response to your comments:
1. We do allow pets. However, we have maintenance staffed at the property 4 hours a day Monday through Friday, with additional hours during the months of May through August.
2. Regarding your comments about an individual making a mess outside of your stairwell, I assume that maintenance cleaned up this mess immediately the next day?
3. We did indeed have a truck hit a deck. We evacuated three apartment units for approximately 2 hours and had a structural engineer review the damage before allowing residents back into their apartments. Repairs started the next morning.
4. I respectively disagree with your comments regarding the construction of the property. We care about preserving the property we own and we do value our residents.
Thank you for taking the time to provide these comments. We are always interested in ways to improve.
