We moved into The Outlook right after we got married and stayed there until we had finished college. I found the apartments to be very clean and the management helpful (though managers did come and go often). We liked the covered parking, especially in the winter, and the washer and dryer in the unit were awesome! We never had problems with maintenance not being done, or things falling apart. When we lived there, they did not allow dogs, so I'm not sure about how good the grounds are kept up now, but when we were there it was always clean and neat. The only issue, we felt, was the city bus wasn't close enough and didn't come frequent enough to make it worthwhile to wait to ride it. We just ended up walking to campus which wasn't bad except when it was really snowy. We loved our apartment though, and would live there again, if we ever moved back.
