I am only moving because of getting a job in across the country. Living here has been a really good thing for me and my children. I've appreciated management's availability, if not in person via phone (lvg messages and them calling back, etc.); the maintenance staff is responsive and respectful. Considering that these are expressly for limited-budget families, I think the building materials and upkeep are very good. I've been very pleased.
