Providence Court has to be one of the worst apartments I've ever lived it. Sure, it's close to campus and other things but management is horrible. They take advantage of college students thinking we wouldn't have previous rental experience. They rarely plow the parking lot. I even watched a ploy HIT A CAR and keep going! If something needs fixed they'll come fix it and then charge you for it! My pipes were leaking under my sink... obviously not my fault... and they tried to charge me $10. Whatever. They make exceptions for people they're friends with. The lady above me has a dog that runs around non stop and management refuses to do anything about it, saying that I just can't deal with apartment living. (I've had two before this!) Be careful when dealing with DABCO because they won't care about you!

The lady that lives abouve you prob. is disabled and has a service animal. I dont think that anyone would charge you for something you have not done or are not responsable for. I always had very good experinece with DABCO. They do have very bad tenants too though... I think you were one of them.

I have to agree with the person who stated this early. I know that DABCO does not allow pet in providence court, so they must have met the needs for the person above you. The leaking sink , I'm not sure why they charged you , but I've had them come and fix several things for me and they have never charged us once.
