Great apartment complex to live in. The staff was usually very helpful and nice. I lived there for 3 years and enjoyed the low rent and low deposit. I also got most of my deposit back, they took off for stuff that was indeed my fault. Parking is usually adequate, although my apartment was close to CCN so often they parked there too, sometime summerhill would let these people know to go away. The location is also great, next to the busses, the zzu, zoe's, azia. The only problem I had was I complained about the loudness of my neighboors, and the office ladies didn't care really, but to solve the problem just call the police, then they care really fast!
