Unthinkably hostile, aggressive people at the rental office

What not to do on move-in day:
If upon first entering your new apartment you see stains on the carpet or a bathtub you wouldn't set foot in -- whatever you do -- don't call the office! Two women from the rental office came to the apartment in response to my call. They were unimaginably hostile, aggressive and without a doubt, the most threatening and unpleasant people I've ever encountered.
Look at the other reviews. I'm not the first to report them.
