One of the quieter places in Pullman to reside.
The manager is very nice and accomodating.
It is close to a running/biking trail which is really nice. The units are okay, a mix of new/old appliances and the floors/carpet could stand to be replaced. Plan on not getting most of your deposit back; that place was cleaner after I left than when I get there; so that was frustrating.
Overall - probably one of the best places in Pullman to live
