We lived here from 1999 to 2003. The rate was locked in at $380 - what a deal!
The apartments are older, but everything is functional and maintenance requests are filled quickly. This is a quiet community with more mature students and families. Right next door is the Bill Chipman trail that leads to Moscow. Easy 15 minute walk to campus, 2 minute drive. Parking is plenty.
Even though Pete's Bar & Grill is next door we never heard any noise or had problems.
Easy access to Safeway, other businesses (3 minute drive) on Bishop.
The only problem we had was the flat-roof design. Living on the top floor, our roof leaked a coule of times, but was fixed by the maintenance guy Jim (such a nice friendly guy). Management was great.
