I really enjoyed living at Wil-ru. It is clean, nicely maintained. The on-site managers are great!! They keep the grounds well kept, and are avaliable immediately for any repairs or questions. Rent is on the low end for a one bedroom apartment. At $425 I found my money well spent. It is a quiet complex, great for the serious student, yet super close to campus! Clean and very nicely kept, great insulation, I never heard my neigbors, and indoor stairs, which are great for the icy times of year. The parking lot seems very safe, lit up and always ample parking. I highly recommend this complex.
