Perfect for a college town

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2001
 
The apartments were reasonably priced. It wasn't too noisy unless you got a noisy neighbor but usually people responded well if you talked to them about it, if not the police in Pullman are great. Not much to the apartment, but for the price it was just fine for going to college. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
