I lived at Wil-Ru for more than 2 years. As soon as the new manager came; things just never got done.
Our water heater got cleaned twice but never really worked. The manager smokes right outside your window so you cannot open your window unless you like smoke.
She is too noisy and wants to know everything about your life.
She is not nice at all or professional.
It used to be a great place to live before she managed it.
Your hallway lights and laundry room are always broken and duty.

I live at Wil-Ru and I think the manager is very nice and helpful. If things don't get done, that is due to the maintenence department. It is not illegal to smoke outside and you just sound like someone who didn't get their way or was asked to leave because YOU were the problem.

I agree with you that the manager sucks! I lived at Wil-Ru with the old management and this new one is a ditz. She doesn't know what the hell she is doing.
