I lived here for a few years and it was the only place I live in during my stay in Pullman so I have nothing else to compare it to in the area. The complex was pretty much quiet even though the walls are too thin and you can hear more than you may want from the neighbors. The complex was kept clean, but the management was not very friendly or helpful. New management came and she was helpful and actually concerned about my happiness with my apartment. She quickly had my closet doors fixed that were broken when I moved in as well as the kitchen sink that was leaking. The old managers intimidated me and didn't fix things well, but the new manager was awesome and made me feel more comfortable coming to her if I had problems with my apartment. I love the fact that this was not a "party" complex and close to campus. My only complaint about this place is my apartment got way too hot in the summer.
