The maitnance responded quickly whenever I needed something fixed. The rent and deposit are very cheap compared to others in the area. I got all my deposit back but 45.00 for cleaning. First Apartment Experience I just moved into Aspen Village two weeks ago,it seems nice so far.
My neighbors are a bit bothersome, but not to the point of complaining.
Its winter so I'm not sure how grounds maintenance is, but they have kept up with plowing the parking lot.

Harvest Gardens This is an excellent apartment complex for those looking to upgrade from the standard college apartments. The units are kept up very well by the owners, with no physical damage to walls, baseboards, etc that you commonly find in other Pullman apartments.
