Not Good I lived at Wil-Ru for more than 2 years. As soon as the new manager came; things just never got done.
Our water heater got cleaned twice but never really worked. The manager smokes right outside your window so you cannot open your window unless you like smoke.

DON'T DO IT!!! I have had leaks in my roof, rat problems, and tons of other things and the staff do nothing! I have even had to threaten to get my lawyer involved to get them to do anything! WORST PLACE TO LIVE!
