Yes, these apartments are new, but the appliances are cheap and are always needing repairs. You get a cool ice maker in your freezer, but the only problem is the ice tastes nasty AND it takes up half of your tiny freezer. The parking is pretty bad. There is always someone parking in your assigned spot. The management (especially Lonnie the manager) is VERY RUDE! Many of them are liars, and they make your time here horrible! The carpets are nasty, and they keep falling apart. The construction of the buildings are horrible. You can hear everything from your neighbors, along with many other problems. One thing that this place has going for it is the maintenance men. They are very nice, and actually fix the problem if they can. I will be moving out as soon as my lease is up. For the price, I could of afforded to rent a small house. Take my advise, and DON'T MOVE HERE!!!!!!! You will regret it!

WOW, How sad you have no extra time then to be upset about the ice maker. What is wrong with people? Ok, it sounds like this person has nothing better to do with their time then to sit at their computer eating bon bons typing bad about this place cause they are upset about their life. People are people and the staff, here and then, worked hard. I walked in the office and the girls were always busy. Laura was a great manager, Audrey was awesome, and so are the new girls, Ana and Judy. I loved living here, it was safe. I moved out to buy a house or I would have renewed. I didnt get a bill for more then I expected, I signed a lease and saw the charges listed in front of me BLACK AND WHITE. So, put down the bon bons are go for a walk instead of nagging like a house wife.

It sounds like the person that needs to put down the bon bons and stop nagging like a housewife is the person who wrote the response. Pretty pathetic if you ask me. The way I see it, this is a place for the tenants to write reviews of their experiences. It is their job to inform future tenants about problems that they can come across, if you have a problem with the site, talk to the creators instead of "nagging" to the person who wrote the review. I live at Addison Greens and I have come across the same problems, so to me, there is nothing wrong with what has been said in any of the reviews. It says that you "lived" here which implies that you don't now right? So that implies that you can't speak for what is going on at the moment, go ahead and post your review from whenever you were here, but the people who currently live here are the ones that are probably giving the most up-to-date reviews. So maybe you should let off a little of your hostility by going for a walk

I really appreciate the comment left in response to the first response to this review. What I have observed is that some petty person - and I'm certain it is the same person - has been writing responses to other people's reviews discrediting them for their opinion. It is the same person that wrote the review "[I see it as an apartment]" The tone, spelling and grammatical errors are consistant across between those responses. It's very immature and a breach of people's consitutional rights - freedom of speech and press - although that person is expressing their consitutional rights, they are infringing upon the rights of others.
That person makes reference to each review that the person who wrote it has no life and is sitting around wasting time eating bon bons. It is the generator of those comments who has no life. It sucks to be that person - can't spell, can't punctuate and cannot use correct tensing in word phrases.
