I agree with the last review... especially where it comes to grounds maintenance. I have notified the office several times over the 2 UNFORTUNATE YEARS of my residency at this apartment complex. Here's the specific trouble at the playground... there is no drainage and even in the heat of summer there will be 2-3 inches of standing water. Oh, and heaven forbid if your family or friends come to visit on the weekend... you will be ashamed to have anyone over because the trash dumpsters will be heaped over with bags of garbage spilling onto the ground. All the dumpster sites I have seen have room for another dumpster bin, but they're just much too cheap to do that. Also, it wouldn't take that much time or trouble to see to it that the dumpsters were emptied on Saturday to prevent their overflowing.
I rented here because it was supposed to be nice, and have nice amenities. You know what' I despise the management so much because of all the stupid little things they get after the residents for (I got a 10 day for a flower pot last week on my porch, it has daffodils in it and the foliage had died. They called it "unsightly.") that I avoid going anywhere near the office during the hours they are there. I plan my workouts for early morning or in the evening so I don't have to suffer a fake smile from a manager who threatens evictions on grounds of a flower pot! This means that due to the hostility the amenities will be vacant most of the time. Oh, and in 2 years they have not once re-tipped the pool ques, you'd have to bring your own if you want your shot to go within 15 degrees of where it should. What would that cost them' $5' If that' Here we residents are... paying more than a grand each, every month, and they can't spend $5 in 2 years'
Oh, and a lease renewal offer came with a candy bar and a balloon offering a renewal 5 months in advance. I know the rules in WA state say that you need a notary for a lease over 12 months... I don't know if they are trying to circumvent that or what. I ate the candy bar, gave the balloon to my kid and threw the rest away!

It is nice to hear from people that have or are being evicted from a great community. Go live somewhere else and complain about something else to them. I HAVE called the office and Launie has answered everytime. So sorry that she was not hired to wait on pins and needles for your phone calls. Oh, and have a GREAT day.......

I have experienced the same problems as this person has. So doggie1234 or kittycat253 whoever you are, let the reviewers give their opinion. Launie does NOT get back to a lot of people, and she probably answers for you because you work there (or you are her). So do what you keep telling everyone else and go eat some chocolate ice cream or get laid if you can because it seems like you have a lot of issues.

Amenities? I love how they started charging to use the cabana. And did I mention? The parking there is atrocious.
And Doggie, shut up and get a life. I dare you to respond and open up the floodgate.
