Good place to live - manager, staff, facilities and apartment. Of course it is a highend apartment community and the rents are higher but worth the money. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV

Hey if people want to express thier feelings about Addison Greens so be it you ------. If they liked it then they liked it, sad to say you didnt but hey who cares. I abolutely loved the place. Everyone was great and was sad to go when I had to relocate to California.

High-end apartment community? Addison green is not High-End.
Addison Green is an apartment complex like many many others here in Puyallup. they are nice...but I would not consider them high end...

Really nice place to live. Our apartment has new carpet and is freshly painted. Everything was really clean when we moved in. Our apartment faces the golf course... really nice view. Some of the apartments have a greenbelt on the back. The staff is friendly and grounds are well maintained.

What Sandy failed to mention is the horrible management,countless break-ins,thefts, and the move out process. Not such a nice place after all.

My car has been broken into & stolen at Addison Green they do not mind that tenants take thier dogs out to use the bathroom then dont bother to clean up after said dogs. Managment lack ALOT to be desired regarding professionalism & manners furthermore depending on who you talk to depends on property policies & rules, the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. Thier gyms exercise equipment is a joke & not bolted to the floor as it's suppose to be per thier insurance company, thus causing possible injury & harm to tenants who use it. Heated pool is what i was told when i moved in, I have yet to ever be in it while it's half way heated. I have witnessed people having "relations" in the hot tub, who really wants to relax in that? All in all Addison sucks & i can't wait to get the hell out!!!!
