Not worth the money

I realize rent is expensive nowadays, but for the price I am paying for a two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment I could rent a house with three-bedrooms and two-bathrooms with an attached garage.
The worst part of the apartment complex is parking and please make sure if you have a second vehicle that you move it often enough so you don't get a tow notice on your car regardless if it is good shape with current tabs. I just don't use my second vehicle that often, is that a crime' Last time I checked we were allowed to have two cars. I even kept it parked up by the clubhouse since I seldom use it to allow more parking for my neighbors since parking is very limited towards the back, but I guess my courtesy to my neighbors was never considered when they threatened to tow my car. I've seen other eye-sore cars (one even with plastic covering a broken window) parked in the same spot for months that have yet to be towed. I guess my mistake was parking it by the clubhouse.
The staff is very friendly. I like the current staff, but I'm not sure if I fully trust the manager. I've caught her lying before when I was having a serious issue so I find myself being cautious around her because I just cannot fully trust her. I'm so glad the previous accountant is gone, she was very unprofessional and obnoxious, to say the least.
There's supposed to be a thick cement flooring between me and my upstairs neighbors, but yet I can hear everything they do. I can even hear the cat when she's playing or running through the apartment, it's very noisy. But I never hear the next door neighbor since we are attached by the kitchen which is very nice.
Also I used to use the exercise room but they always had the heat blasted so I quit using it. They said there was no control for the room by itself, so if it's a cold day and they are heating up the clubhouse, then they'll be heating up the exercise room as well. It was horrendous! I don't know if they have fixed this problem or not, but that's just something to be considered if you plan on working out.
If you're considering moving here, I would recommend that you get an apartment towards the front in case you are ever stuck having to park up by the clubhouse then you won't have as far to walk going home unless you want the exercise or don't mind carrying several bags of groceries, or kids, so far.
Compared to other apartments I don't feel there is really anything special about Addison Greens. Every apartment community has there pluses and negatives. I for one would not sign a lease because I don't think it is worth the price, but if you don't mind paying the price, just remember buyer beware.
I myself cannot wait until my lease is up, only a few more months to go and then I will be house hunting because apartment living sucks!

I am the previous Bookkeeper, not accountant. I just wanted to say I was professional and not obnoxious. I dont think it is the proper thing to single people out. I would especially like to see you complete the tasks needed to run Addison Greens and I believe the manager did an exceptional job.

Actually, in all honesty, a trained monkey would do a better job running the accounting than you. "Glorified cashier" Bookkeeper my backside. The only books you read were pop up books. The fact you felt the need to respond to the original post just shows your inability to be professional. It also proves you are obnoxious, and a retard.
The crew that was there when the apartments first opened was great then came the retards and the elderly or disabled (to be politically correct).
P.S. The term retard was not meant as a slam on the learning challenged. It is solely meant to describe the mental state of the management and accountant at the time the original article was written.
I hope the new management is way better than they were.
