WOW! what a ton of bad information on this facility. I live here and I have had bad experiences one after another! First lets start with the manager who has now been moved to corporate. She does not know anything about renters rights and instead attempts to use her overbearing and controlling personality to intimidate tenants. The other office ladies are nice and the maintenance manager is also nice. However if something goes awry in your apartment he will have trouble fixing it because any parts he needs have to be put on a purchase order and run through corporate which can take up to weeks even for a 5 dollar item. Parking sucks thats apartments get over that but if the reserved spots were reorganized to allow people to park in front of the building they live in that would help. Now on to bigger issues I experienced vandalism to one of my vehicles that totaled 1500 dollars. the 24 hour surveillance cameras and gated community are completely worthless. The gate is typically broken and apparently the security cameras are NOT for tenant protection. I have since rented garages for all my vehicles which now i am having issues with. I received notice to put a "paddle lock" on my garages on August, 1st stating if i did not comply by the 6th i would receive a 10 day eviction. Landlord Tenant Law states any change to a written lease requires 30 day written notice not 5. I have now received a 10 day comply or vacate notice so i guess i will put my vehicles back out into the already crowded parking fiasco and they will no longer receive my 150 dollars a month BRILLIANT MANAGEMENT! Now on to noise issues. APM is renting out my building like a nursing home and i sure enjoy the lady down stairs who screams at night and in the early morning loud enough to wake up any who was sleeping. I do not think it is asking too much to be able to sleep at night and not be woken up at 6 AM on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Some may think i am being petty if you think so i would love to bring her to your house for a nightly scream maybe even an all night scream as i have had to endure. The carpets are cheap they do fray and will clog your vacuum you can see the warp in my kitchen floor near the washer and drier unit yes they are in the kitchen do not plan on keeping bread items for more than a week they mold because of the moisture. On to their numbers which are steadly dropping and renewals on leases are now less than 50% and the complex is now only 80% full. They have now lost one of their maintenance people and when the property inevitably drops to 65% they will lose the other leaving one guy to tend to the property. The landscape is also in shambles because they have now downgraded to the cheapest possible maintenance they could find. I am a former landscape maintenance supervisor and would fire my crew if they performed work in this manner. Weeds that are months old growing freely, unattended flower beds, unattended edging, and large piles of grass, (2-3 feet tall) that i have seen left to rot in plain sight. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. We now have a new manager and we will see if she can turn this property around however without support from corporate i do not know how she will be able to.

She didn't go to cooperate...she replaced another manager in Kent who actually knew what she was doing. I was just looking at other apartments this company owns to see if they just are a crappy company. Things got better at the ones I am at, but after our manager left, it has gotten way worse.

Everything you said is 100% correct, the only thing you didn't mention is how much they rip you off for when you move away...

You hit the nail on the head. What happened to customer service, NOT AT addison beans. It does not matter who the manager is, this place will continue to treat people less than and your apt will be less than, until there is a change at the corporate level.
