I lived in this Apt. Complex for 1 year. The management in this facility is pathetic. I have actually met Christi, and I had to bring in my Father-In-Law who is an Attorney to get them to give our 2nd parking spot back, which they offered to us as a perk to move in (WRITTEN ON OUR LEASE). 6mo. after I moved out I received a call from a collections agency claiming that I had an unpaid $150 move-out fine. So, here I am at 12am downloading all of my call histories to prove that they did not contact me withing the 30-day Washington State guidelines. And, have to defend myself in court while they trash my credit. Do NOT LIVE HERE... DON"T LIVE ANYWHERE THAT THIS COMPANY OWNS. They will say ANYTHING to get your money. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! I complained Constantly about neighbors leaving trash, clothing on the side walks, I complained about no water pressure in the master bathroom shower.. NOTHING was ever fixed. The carpet they use is the CHEAPEST carpet. Stanley STEAMER came over and said they could not clean it, because during a test run the carpet was falling apart under their steamer. We were the VERY first people to ever live in our apt. S201 - I DON"T CARE!! DON"T MOVE IN. It seemed nice...till they trashed my credit, till they would NEVER listen to any requests, they give you a notice of eviction on the 2nd, they revoke your parking space stating "We can, it's in the lease and we need it for a different resident." THEY RENT OUT THE GARAGES TO NON-RESIDENTS, SO ANYONE/EVERYONE HAS ACCESS TO THE ----GATED---- COMMUNITY. All they want is your money, they don't care.

Agreed, in all the apartments I have lived in this is the worst experience I ever had with any company. They seem to specialize in getting as much money from you as they possibly can... Word to the wise... Don't rent here unless you are completely retarded.
