I've been here for about 9 months and I am currently trying to get out of my lease. The security gate never works and my wife's truck was robbed last week. The management didn't even care. I have had a couple of my neighbors garages get broken into as well. The rent is way to high as well. Stay away!

You have to ask the police to get them to give you a copy of the surveillance tapes. You do know that they have video surveillance but that they only use it if someone vandalizes THEIR property. You can bet if someone broke into the maintenance shack, they'd be all over it. Oh, Mr Already-In-A-Lease sorry but we won't help you, we already own you for a year. They won't hand over the tapes unless the the cops make them. And sorry to say it but good luck with getting out of the lease. You won't be able to get out of the lease, EVEN IF YOU DIE. Yeah, its that bad.
