The management was rude and an unhelpful and we were constantly getting notices of everything we did wrong (I left my garbage on the patio for a couple of hours once and the rent was 1 day late but the grace period is 5) and if we didn't correct immediately we would be evicted. The pet deposit was actually a pet fee and they sent us a $600 cleaning bill when we moved out. I cleaned that place just as well as our last aparmtent and they had given us our entire deposit back! The rent was way too high for what we got.

I second the BS line they give you when you fork out a large pet fee thinking its a deposit and they still charge you for cleaning... WTF is the point in a Pet Fee. Its b.s. Sounds like this place did the same thing to you as it did to me... They didn't even give me a kiss or or some KY before.
