I like Addison Green. I decided to give this place a try even after reading some of the reviews, since it is close to my job. The apartments are nice. The maintenance has been helpful, as has the ladies in the office. Its quiet. I do not have any problems from my neighbors. So for me its a good place to live. More pros than cons.
07/24/09...I like this new manager. Hope she makes the grade

I agree on the hope springs eternal..a good manager CAN change things around...an on the other esponse.....IF corporate allows it to happen..now there is another new manager. This lady seems very personable and sensible Im going to give her a chance.

Enter at your own Risk. Buyer beware. Wake up!! They all have been very personable and sensible and all have failed to get the job done. It has been a lack of management skills. Hope springs eternal, except at the addison greens. Your leaving out the small print.

This is definitely from the manager or corporate. This person has defended the management, made justification for the bad reviews and made mention on giving "this" manager a chance since all of the other managers didn't work out. These managers not working out shows a HUGE problem the management hiring these people. Most apartments, in my experience, have not had this much turnover. Beware!

I to am giving this new manager a fighting chance. Shes been very hepful so far and I believe in giving her the chance she deserves. Just because the nut cases in the past were horrible. Doesnt mean this new manager is going tobe the same. On ths down side of this,When they DO get a good employees in, They never stay, or they move them. LEts hope they leave this lady alone and let her do her job!
