Lived here there long time. The place looks back to brand new and new management is a great improvement. I must say I heard about this site and curiousity brought to me to check it out. I wrote a letter to the Alderra office telling them how satisfied I was while living there, but due to my job relocating forced me to move, but saw other comments so I thought I would share my feelings. I had a great experience while living there - more so after new management took over of course. The place is newer, beautiful, loved my townhouse and the new management staff is very good and fair. On my move out they were more then fair. So my only thought when reading negative comments is I can only conclude are from those who broke rules, not getting their way or were charged for something they should have been charged for and now venting about it. Shame on them for not reading their lease as when I read my lease it was clear and talking to the office explained what I didn't understand. Maintenance also took care of the place. So all and all the staff was friendly and good to me and my time there was very good and I would for sure recommend.

This is a management post. This place is run by Pinnacle, and they bleed tenants dry on move out. "More then fair" is something a manager would say. Check out the 6/23/09 review which states "Got a fair move report." Pretty similar in my book. Looks like the same person is writing these reviews to boost numbers.
