Move to Alderra. 1 year later was deployed. Wasn't thrilled about moving. Loved my place and the people that work there. When moving in traveling from out of state to Washington I called saying I wouldn't make it by closing time, but the manager stayed waiting for my arrival so I could get into my apartment. The next day I needed a few things done in the apartment and the maintenance guy was right there. The place is well kept, very clean and all are friendly. Then I moved not by choice and got a fair move report.
The reason I am writing this about Alderra is I now have a greater appreciation as where I moved afterward -now is a hell-hole with nothing but problems with rude unfriendly people. Wish I was back at Alderra as was a very good experience.

This is a management post. This place is run by Pinnacle, and they bleed tenants dry on move out. "Got a fair move report" is something a manager would say.
