The few months I have lived her has been the best apartment living I have ever lived at. The parking is the best, the matinence is on top of it, I have a broken light fixture they are at my door that evening ready to fix it:) The office is ALWAYS friendly and attentive to my needs. The move-in was great, they made me feel confident about my choice of residence at Alderra.

YOur crazy probably the office people put this on here I know about 20-30 people who hate the office and on their survey the got a solid not good rating!!!

20-30 ppl per 200 apartments equaling to about 400 or more people is a pretty good rating if you ask me! Thanks Mrs. Marceaux for your positive post.. majority of people only post when things are done wrong, and only recognize when things do not go their way, and never praise for how well the community is maintained. It's sad, but if you look at the other apartment communites on this web site as well, they are all the same. The only reason why I could only think of why people "hate" the office staff, is because we are doing our job, and making people pay for the roofs over their heads, and asking them to stick to the community rules. I'm sorry if that makes us horrible people.

Wow... the office staff is working overtime to pull one over on consumers. The reason people "hate" the office staff is not because they are "doing their job" but because they are dishonest people who screw people over. How about treating people right and they won't post bad comments.
