Our last apartment...

We lived in this complex for about 2 years. I liked it because their 3 bed floorplan was completely different then others I had looked at. However, who has 3 bedroom apartments with 14 cubic foot fridges'' The fridge was ridiculous. Parking was difficult. People would frequently park in our spot and we would have to park at the other end of the complex. There is only one place to dump your trash and, again, it was a trek to get there. There are some structural issues with the building we were in. We would frequently get overflowed rainwater in our front entryweay that would seep under the door and flood our entry way. There was little resolution to that. We were on the ground floor and the grass out back was sopping wet and muddy 10 months out of the year.
Unfortunately, apartment life there sucked mostly because of poor sound insulation from neighbors above and neighbors above pitching lit cigarettes, beer bottles, vomiting, plants, and large entertainment centers over their balconies. No lie.
Overall, the staff was very nice and helpful, maintenance was timely for the most part. Again, we really liked the layout of the 3bedroom apartments.
