Not as bad as you may think

I moved from California. For the rent your paying you really are getting a great deal. We've had a few notes on our door about break in's during the day in other aparmtments. However, we've never had a problem. I find it very odd after reading all of these reviews we still have yet to hear another person talking next door or beneath us, let alone a TV or a Microwave beeping. Never heard anyone flush a toilet or run a washer. There were some ghetto people, but most are Military who've moved from someplace else, so the array of characters is always pretty pleasing. Maintnance always comes within the same day of a call. The only thing we've ever called them for is the garbage disposal. High vaulted ceilings make the small aparmtent look big. The location is great. We are in the "A" building all the way in front, where as the office is near the back. Maybe location had something to do with the other reviews' And I forgot the best part! There are washers and dryers in every unit!! No more quarter laundry trips! Our lease is up in a few months and the only moving we're going to be doing is moving downstairs to the two bedroom. If you go any cheaper than what you're paying here you might as well live in the slums of Tacoma. Trust me, there is bad and then there is really bad. Chestnut hills is neither. Very pleasant staff. Super accomodating. I reccomend this to anyone. But again, we're in the "A" building. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
