The people are not very nice. The maintenance guys are rude. The apartments are crap. They are not military friendly at all. We lived there for a year and would NEVER do it again. Thank god we are out of there. Did I mention the crime' There is alot of it and they don't do anything about it. The Spa is never warm and they don't have a sauna like they said they do. On top of that you have to pay seperate fees for seperate keys for the workout room/spa/pool and tanning bed. Which is a ridiculous amount for something you should already get.

Oooooh, poor thing... They don't have a Suana? What will we ever do?!? Maybe the reason they charge for keys is because people keep loosing them and skipping out on the replacement charge. Most military get the keys for free anyway, and I've never ever ever had a "Warm" hot tub experience. Tanning is hardly free anywhere you go. To have one in an apartment complex screams they are at the top of their game. Get real!
