Rent plus utilities too high! Appliances suck. Toilets back up. Rudest neighbors in town. Insomniacs will love it here. You will never get any sleep due to rude neighbors. Assigned parking a joke. Additional fees for any keys. Electric wall heaters only. Worst insulation in flooring and walls, you might as well sleep with your neighbor in bed. Crime is rediculous. Management does nothing about complaints or courtesy calls. Police department hates this complex. I would rather live in my car than move back into this complex. Beware to all military families due to the lack of sleep. And the cherry on top, my ten year old can make better repairs than maintenance here! This complex should be removed from "RPP" listing. What is it with you people??? I admit, coming from a military housing type of situation this isn't the best; however for apartment dwellers like myself, who ARE NOT military wives these apartments are great. Anywhere you have a car parked outside of a garage a military installation you run the risk of it being vandalized. This is what insurance is for. I've lived in other apartments before and this is definetly cheaper and better quality than ANY of them. The walls aren't the thickest, true. But I've been living here for two years in 2 different apartments and NEVER been woken up by the neighbors. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Get off your high horse and STOP complaining, whiny pants. And no, I really don't think your ten year old would know the difference between a philips and flat head screw driver...let alone make better repairs...are you serious?????

dont most apartments in this area have electric heat.....Parking hasnt been a issue for me....and of coarse I hear neighbors its an apartment that to be expected people are so weird I have yet to see the police here. Staff has been super nice maby u were rude and in return treated rudely.
