I have lived at Eagle's Watch for 3 years. I have watched the dozens of managers come and go, the bad apple residents stir up trouble and get away with it, and the mold grow in my neighbors windows.
The truth is this apartment complex has definitely seen it's share of trouble, but it's also in a phase of rehabilitation. Within the last year the outside of the building has been painted and the structural flaws have been repaired one at a time. The neighbors I used to be scared of have been disciplined and kicked out, and I have seen that the housekeeping of the mold complaining neighbors is the reason for the growth in their windows.
Eagle's watch provided me and several others with a place to stay that was cheap and close to conveniences. I have yet to find another apartment with a swimming pool, weight room and playground that will help you find assistance to pay your bills. It's not the lap of luxury, but it is a place that I have developed pride for. Did you ever think that maybe the people complaining about these apartments are the ones that brought the problems, or distracted the manager's from time to focus on the problems'
This place is getting better all the time and I know that it will keep getting better.

YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDING !! THE PLACE WAS A DUMP !! I HAD MOLD GROWING IN A ROOMS THAT WERE CLEANED EVERY DAY !! AND YES, THOSE THAT GET ASSISTANCE PLAYING THE BILLS SHOULDN'T COMPLAIN ABOUT THE FREE HAND OUTS !!

Dear Original Poster... Please change your name to Manager, Employee, or someone who works for the Pierce County Housing Authority. To pretend you are someone who lives at Eagle's Watch is an embarrasment to yourself. There are massive issues at this place not to mention dangerous ones.

this place sucks. loud unruly bratty kids everywhere. we wont even talk amenities, security is nonexistant and the management is the poorest ive come across. forget this place your better off under the puyallup river bridge.
