I know a couple people who rent a unit here and am over there a lot. This place always has the cops running around trying to find someone and is noisy. there is a lady who screams at her kids like bloody murder alll the time you can here her a whole complex away with her windows open and no one does anything about it. people overfill the dumpster and throw their trash on the ground as well as leave things near the dumpster when they move out like beds, matresses, bikes, sofas, and any other huge junk they don't want. There is always people coming and going because of high drug traffic especially in the lower complexes. The further down into the complex you get away form the main office the worse it gets, reallly dumpy. They have a mold problem and a lawsuit against them. someone was breaking into my firends car parked right outside her back glass door like at 10pm, not even that late. she walked out and asked waht he was doing and he jsut kept trying to steal it. people hit your cars and then don't pay for it. one lady backed into a car and everyone saw it, then she drove off and came back later and yelled at the people she hit saying shes not going to pay them jack ----. this place is sooo bad, not as bad as some dumpy tacoma apartments but close. pay the extra money for a better place but thats waht you getwith section 8 housing, ghetto people.

I wouldn't say that's what you get with section 8, most of their tenants aren't the problem. It's more of a problem with Pierce County Housing Authority. All of their complexes are the same.
