I've lived here for years, the management doesnt care about anything expect charging you more money. I kept My apartment very clean, had black toxic mold that never went away the only way to get rid of it is to tear the whole apartments down. I had my rent increased from $460-600 since I lived there.no I did not have section 8! the time I lived there I had termites on the back porch, earthquake damage,severe structual damage to the apartment, all my electricial outlets did not work in my kitchen fridge, water damage caused me to be sick all the time from asthma and the mold,caused kids to be sick all lot,I talked to the management about it and it was never fixed I was supposed to be moved to a apartment that you didnt feel like your falling threw the floor. drug dealers live here, the playground is broken down and dangerous, garbage everywhere,pilled up by dumpsters, apartments keep getting broken into, so do cars,i've seen a car explode in the parking lot, no security, your mail is in the wrong box alot, if you get it,paper thin walls, sex offenders, dog poop all the stairways to your apartments,kids breaking stuff on your car, or your car gets hit in the parking lot, people steal you underwear at the laundry room, if it works it rinses your clothes with black mold, and makes your skin itch and causes skin infections like staph infections,cause lung problems etc, and its in the tap water too.hornets and wasps outside your door the nests aren't removed but i'm allergic to them! Oh joy! I stopped drinking the water in tap. other peoples kids play in the swamp that is in the parking lot and in the sewer holes,it is never sanded in winter the parking lot so you lose hours days from work, b/c they dont want to pay to sand it.If you are in a bottom apartment it can flood in the fall and grows more mold than the other aparmtents,you can clean forever the smell of mold never goes away, face it when you cant use anything in your kitchen to cook or store food and its not fixed its time to move. It wasn't this bad when I moved in its the lack of maintence and caring that makes this place so bad! Thanks you eagles Watch for endandering me and my family's health, and all the hours of work I missed from illness form asthma from the mold, days of school my kids missed from asthma from the mold,thanks eagles watch for all the money you got out of me for substandard living condition! homeless people that are outside live in a safer place than these apartments! If you want to worry about being shot at after you pick up groceries than live here! If I could have afforded to move a long time ago I would have. If you like to suffer and be sick live here! these apartments have great access to freeways and the bus stops and train station shopping, so you can spend all your time away from the toxic mold, I can breathe when i'm not in my apartment!I've had the apartments, tell me that the mold is my fault and " clean " the mold which caused me to go to the hospital mulitples times. water leaks in the windows water drips onto the heaters, Don't expect to get any of your deposits back ever! This is the worst place I have ever lived in my life! a trailer park is cleaner and safer to live in than here. I'm glad I do not live there any more!
