Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
Don't even think about living here unless you're young and want to party all night with loud vibrating music, fist fights, beer bottle throwing, and vomit left in the parking lot and along the buildings. But if that is what you are looking for then, this is the place for you. If your overall language skills contain nothing but swear words, this is the place for you. If you don't mind the trash heaped and overflowing the trash container, this is the place for you. If you don't mind screaming little kids, then this is the place for you. And if you have a problem of any kind that needs attention and you DON'T mind NOT being able to find the manager, then this is the place for you.
