I have lived there for 4 years. Yes they are older but they are taken care of and safe. And because it's a small complex it is generally quiet. The maintenance and management are friendly and take care of things. They seem to genuinely care about people. There will be a flaw anywhere you live so maybe my fellow renters should take responsibility and pick up after themselves and have a little pride in where they live-maybe they wouldn't be so ghetto.
