I had moved in about the end if november, the beggining of december. Know first I want to bring too your attention I've rented a couple of appartments before I rented this appartment in whitch I have outstanding recomendations,never had a complaint,always payed bills on time and when I moved received half of my deposit back, if you would like to contact my former lanlords too varify, you can e-mail me at beaushopkins@msn.com. MY complaint about Fairmont app. is that when i first moved in the complexe was switching managers in withc the former manager was a lady i dont remember her name but when she showed me one of the rooms that was for rent, was absoulutly unexceptable so i didnt move in untill i had heard that a new manager was being hiered.The managers that are there know names are Richord and lisa,so i quikley whent to see how the rooms where being under new managment.Richord had shown me the same room the former manager had shown me and the was a little bit better but not by much, i could tell that thae only thing he had done was paint the room, so i brought it to his attention and asked him because i was in a position where i needed a place really bad but not only did i need that ineeded a place with a month to month lease because of my company moves me around alote. My complant is simply this richord moved me into app. room #30 above his room and he told me he didi that cause HE WAS STILLING CABLE! So once again I needed a place really bad so ignored that fact,but that was just the leas of my problem i dont know if you know but Richard and Lisa both do drugs(pot,weed,mary jane) and I know this is because I didi it with them.Richord would come up to my room every single day and ask me for weed,Iwant to inform you Iam not a drug dealer nor do i do any other drugs I also work very, very long hours, I dont smoke any and I can prove that.So when I had quit smoking (pot) I was trying to avoid Richard cause once againe he was at my door every day asking me for drugs, so when I finally had enough of him I told him that I had quit for my job because i get U.As. and for my self.I received an eviction notice on my door the next day so I went down to ask Lisa if I could get Graige the owners number, Richord tried to come out and fight me,so i called the police. I also was inforemed he had just went to jail for 6 monthes for assualt, and its really none of my bessnuis but I think he hit Lisa too but shes too scared to tell any one. Im out appartments and Im over the whole situation but I thought it would be usefull to Graie that Im not the only one hes doing this too, I was inforemed bu two applicants that wish to remain anonumose because they still live there they also infored me that Richord does harder drugs! I made this complaint not on my behalf because it doesnt benifit me as ypu can see but on behalf of the other applicants that live their. Richord is a very threatning person and hes using peoples flaws too benifit him self I think this is wrong and he should be stopped but that dicision is up too who it may concern thank you for your time and I hope somthing is done on the fact that he may hurt sombody els.
