I moved into the Fairmont Apartments in Spring 2008. When I first moved in I had no problems with the manager, Lisa. If I came to her with a problem she was right on top of it, usually having it taken care of the same day. After two or three months of being here her husband came into the picture and started running the show. He tends to run things ---- style. Now we have security cameras in the parking lot and hallways, which would be great if I felt they were of any purpose other than his own need to know everyone's business. He keeps the grounds very nice, but in my opinion it's kind of like shining a piece of crap. There are lights in the parking lot, but they're hardly ever on. I've had my gas syphoned a couple times. The laundry room is constantly locked (was told the Fire Marshall required it to be locked, which is not true) and you have to get the key from Lisa or Richard, which would also not be a problem except for the fact that they are never home and only give out one key at a time, even though there are three washers and three dryers. Not good business if you ask me. They never give rent receipts, even though they are promised. You have to ask for a copy of your lease if you want one, it's not offered. I don't even know who the owner is, and every time I ask for his number I'm told all correspondence has to go through management. I've heard they tend to hand out evictions like crazy, for seemingly no reason. In fact I'm posting this anonymously because I believe I would be evicted myself for posting it. This place is okay if you're looking for an in-between place. The month to month lease comes in handy, since nobody really stays here more than a few months.

a you better steer clear of richard hes a crazy idiot who needs his ass kicked! dude just got out of jail cause he beat the ---- out of Lisa's kid who she disowened because of some ungodly reason but I Know for a fact Richard is a very angery person and will screw people over for his benafit and yes if he did know who you where hed evict you. he evicted me cause i stoped smokeing pot with him the guyes a kreep he use to look in everybodys sliding glassdoors so watch out for that too hint (camras) so best of luck if u do somthing that he doesnt like GOD HVE MERCY ON YOUR SOUL im out peace
