I lived in these apts for a year, the apt itself was very spacious..Neighbors are great, grounds were very well kept up, maint.

was wonderful, rent is reasonably priced, and parking is awesome..
Management sucks though, there is only one really nice woman there, beware of Toni..

She is pretty rude, if you have any sort of problems take them to someone else.
Through the entire winter, the hot tub never worked once, which really sucked..

But they do have a nice sauna room.

The pool is pretty small, and the gym is ridiculously tiny..

They do have a big raquetball court though.

All in all it was pretty good, however I would not live there again if Toni is still there.

About 2 weeks into living in our apartment, we noticed these little black spots showing up on the carpet..

Places where we did not spill anything, did not drop food, didn't eat or drink..

Upon moving out, we decided to "find out" what in the heck the black spots were..

Turns out it was mold.

It looks as though they had put new carpeting over the mold to cover it up.

The worst part about this was we just had a baby before we moved out..

Thank GOD we didn't have our infant daughter living in the mold very long.

I really should have called the health department because that is just dangerous.

So MAKE SURE you check under the carpets and in every corner for mold.

If you really really want to live in mold, then I'd reccomend this place.

But if you are smart..you will stay away.
