This place was the worst place I have ever lived!!!!! Be careful cause when you move out they charge you a lot of extras as if thats bad enough it all seems not legal to me.I thought your pet deposit that is non-refundable takes care of pet stains(well, i geuss not)at leats not for the hamptons who think they are above the law with the ghetto trash problem, so bad you can't even get out of your apartment door(i mean what if there was a fire or something you'd be blocked in with the amount of garbage on your porch.)And your security deposit'forget about it, its also non-refundable at least to the hamptons it is,i believe.if you want mold,TRASH,theft, and no privacy move here. The trailer parks of tacoma have to be better then this place.GHETTO!!!!!!!!!!!!

I lived at the Hamptons for a year, and had gone into the office to pick up a package or two over the course of the year and had heard residents complaints about car prowling and things of that nature. I was in the back of the community, and had always had plenty of parking for my boyfriend, myself, as well as guests. I believe that all of the apartments come with an attached garage or a carport for free.. Which is a lot better than other properties. We never had any issues. (And NO, Im not the management.)

Being from property management myself it is plain to see it was some slob that left there apartment with all the garbage for the maintenance staff to remove and the lovely resident that wrote this response most likely just had a field day taking pictures because he got lucky while they were taking it out on the way to the garbage can! DON'T RELY ON THE MESSAGES YOU SEE HERE. NO I DON'T WORK FOR THE HAMPTON'S, JUST BASIC COMMON SENSE BY LOOKING AT THE PICTURES.

Ok you fool do you even live at the hamptons!!!!! This is what is looks like every bloody day! Wednesdays and Sundays especially bad since garbage is only picked up 5 days out of the 7. The reason we now have this stupid "valet pick up" is because the maintenance guys got sick of cleaning up around the community garbage bins when they got too full...hmmm solution get more regular picks ups. The thing that sucks most about the hamptons is you pay for water sewer garbage that goes up every single month. When we first moved here it was about $70 per month now we are up to over $100. Don't move here find somewhere else to live!!!!
