Hamptons
< | >
The Hamptons are dated but tidy apartments, our car had the locks damaged within the first couple of months living here. Management seems ok Jenny would be the best to deal with. Parking isn't bad when you live on the back side of the complex the only complaint I have is the amount of dog poo around the complex especially around the kids play area, it is very unattractive and the notes on the doors to pet owners asking to pick up after their pets don't work! The other down side is that the rent is raised drastically when your lease comes up for renewal! In summary these are decent apartments, you get what you pay for.

I agree 100% my lease is up in July 07 and my rent is going from 675 to 910 a month for a one bedroom 660 sqft apt. Also the dog poo is horrid, my daughter cant play outside because its everywhere, also the police are here atleast 3 times a week due to fighting or partying, I have called them once due to a husband beating his wife right infront of my door. I would never ever recomend for anyone to live here!
