Parking is impossable, the grounds are covered in dog poop, the police are here atleast 3 nights a week, wild parties everynight, and rent is so high. My rent is being raised from 675 a month to 910 for a 660 sqft one bed one bath apartment in July. Expect to pay over 50 a month for water and garbage a month. Everyday someone is parked in my spot and I call the manager and nothing ever happens. The drywall is bowing out in the kitchen causing the nails in the drywall to pop out, we feel nails popping out of the subfloor under the carpet, and the bathroom floor is comming up, all this was said to have been new when we moved in. I have had to call the police because my neighbor was beating his wife right infront of my door. The playground is so covered in dog poop that my 4 year old daughter cant play there, and cars peel out all night long till 3 am, so if you work for a living, dont plan on getting any sleep, also if you live on the bottom floor you will hear when the top two floors use water, or flush the toilet, but the worst is if you live on the bottom expect you stuff to be stolen off of your back porch!!

Oh My Gosh your review is 100% accurate. All the managers care about is meeting their targets so they get their bonuses!! They are very nice when you are deciding to live here but once you are here you are just an apartment number.
