my best friend and i thought this would be a great place to live. its disgusting. every time it rains the ceiling in her bedroom has the wall coming OFF of it. there are bumps that hand about 3 inches down all over the ceiling of her room. then it turned black with black spots every where. it was mold, and the maintanence guy just painted over it! are you kidding me!' when we first moved in, we both got a HORRIBLE voice message left on our cell phones while we were at work saying we would be evicted if we had another party like the "one we had last night". this was so untrue! it was the stupid girl below us. i even called back and complained and said that all the girl below us did was smoke weed and have parties and we hated it. she said there was nothing she could do. she did not even apologize to us about the false accusation! at least twice a week SOMEONE parks in our spot. we call and leave a message at the office every single time, and they wont approve the towing place to tow the car. the people accross from us have the LOUDEST sex ever, and the office does not do anything about it. it happens EVERY day and i feel horrible for the children around us that have to listen to it. drunk idiots are walking around every weekend night, setting off car alarms and being incredibly loud. the porch slopes so much we think it might break off the apartment! its scary to even walk out there. i would recommend the heights. its right across the street and they are SO nice with a GATE and almost just the same price! we cant wait for the lease to be up!!!!!! oh and jennie is the ONLY nice manager here.

Jenny was the best manager, I'm so sad she moved away cause the management all suck now.
