Nice place for the price

I have lived in the Hamptons for over a year.
Last year, we lived in a 2nd floor apt, and had very loud, obnoxious neighbors upstairs which we could hear yelling at each other daily.
Once the lease was up, we moved to a top floor, larger apt.
Our rent is very affordable, and now that we're on the top floor, we hear very little noise from neighbors.
Our place is spacious, with vaulted ceilings and a nice layout.
The few times I've called the office with maintenance requests, they have shown up either within a few hours or within one day at the most.
Every staff person I've dealt with has been very pleasant and accomodating.
As long as you can get a top floor unit, I highly recommend this place for budget-conscious tenants!

No, I'm a real, current tenant. Actually, I'm even happier with The Hamptons than when I wrote the review, because they are delivering a brand-new washing machine to my unit today. On Monday, we mentioned that our washer seemed pretty loud, and they are replacing it for free today.
