Really consider before living here

Cannot wait till lease is up. I love the location, all my shopping can be done in one place since it is 5 mins. to the south hill mall and shopping center. That is it. If you just want a place to lay your head and do not care about things getting fixed, loud and obnoxious neighbors, and poor management, live here. The garbage deal they have here sucks because they do not come daily to pick it up and you pay a good chunk of change for it. We live in a 3 bedroom and wanted to downsize but rent would increase $60. Constanly changing. Since we moved in we had issues with mold before we arrived and a washer that does not work unless it is on full load mode. We asked to get it fixed and we were told they would. Funny thing, there is always someone here and the washer still does not operate well. There is a horrible water heater that does nothing but warm the water for 10 mins, so that ought to wake you up. Very cramped rooms, but it is doable if you do not have tons of stuff. Commute to work is great unless there is traffic. Easy access to 512, so it saved us 15-20 mins to get to post and other places. It is in a great area, and rent is alot cheaper than others, but you have to really compromise taste, space and sanity, but like I said, it is doable if you do not have high expectations.
