The management is horribly unfair and unreasonable, they charge ridiculous amounts of money in deposits and maintenance that you'll never see once you move out. They are dishonest and will lie straight to your face to make a buck. Don't live here if you want a good investment. If you own a pet, don't even think about getting your deposit back.
