absolutely horrid, do not rent here if you want a safe, comfortable, quiet, or reasonable place to live. right off of meridian (noise=HELL)!! swimming pool has floating unknown hairs/objects and hasn't been cleaned once since i've lived here. don't be fooled by the kindness or seemingly plushness of the rental office. once you sign that lease, you can kiss your finances goodbye.
