I have to say being military we have lived in quite a few different apartments and this is by far one of the best. Nice, quiet, clean apartments. Wonderful office staff and friendly maintenance. what a great community. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

"Nice, quiet, clean apartments?" Ok, I'll maybe give you the "nice" part. The community is very nice looking as long as the dumpster isn't overflowing with mountains of smelly garbage. Quiet? Um, sorry, but it's right next to the freeway, the walls and floors are paper thin, and neighbors footsteps shake the entire building. And last but not least, clean? Well aside from the aforementioned mountain of garbage, my apartment has black mold in the corners, and stains on the carpet.

My apartment is very nice, I have great neighbors so it is really quiet and we don't have a dumpster. The compactor has been overflowing on Christmas weekend but taken care of immediately upon business hours. I did a walk through when I moved in so any problems with the apartment were/would of been documented and I don't think that I would of moved in if I saw black mold in the corners or the carpets were that bad. Why would you?
