I am sooo excited to write this review, this dump has been sold to a new owner and they are the same ones who currently own the property next door Country Gables, which has been getting a ton of work done to it. I don't know if this place will be getting the same work, but I don't care. It has got to be an improvement to have a company that actually mowes the lawn. I am willing to bet that this will be a great place to live in a few months. I am really happy.
