My boyfriend and I have moved into a one bed/bath. It looks nice from the in side and out. But the add ons they dont tell you about. You have two utilities bills, one from PSE and one from Tacoma. Also, garbage and sewer are not added either thats a another bill. My boyfriend and I have been battling this one from the beginning, we live in apartment H our asigned parking spot is in E. This is like two blocks away from our apartment, let me tell you how big of a pain this is! The sad part is they will not move it.... everyone around us has a parking spot right out front of there place... we have to walk two blocks!!!! I wont even tell you how many brake ins to cars there has been... just because it says "gated community" does not mean anything. My neighbors car even got her tires stole off her car... now you know why I dont like my car being this far away! Conclusion... do your research before you sign that lease!
