We first moved in October 2007, I fell in love with these apartments: high ceilings, spacious, gated, nice clubhouse, and the management staff was really nice. Jennifer, Danielle, and Annette were the staff then, and I really liked them. Our apartments were VERY quiet, we just had our daughter, so we probably were the loudest one's with a crying baby. We were really good tenants, we paid rent in advanced, one time we paid 3 months in advanced. I contacted maintenance before and they were pretty fast, I just needed the lightbulb changed in the dining room because the ceilings were too high, and they came the same day!
I started working in Seattle, and I informed Danielle that we were considering moving, she was so nice as to offer to help me find a place closer to Seattle! This was around the time that Jennifer and Danielle were moving to another complex. So I never talked to them after that. Our lease was coming up, Annette kept trying to give us an offer to re-sign. We weren't interested, and it was so obvious that she would get pissy because we wouldn't accept any offers, she did that about 5-6 times, and ALWAYS looked mad when we said no. I went into the office one time and asked how much it would be to just do month to month, all she said was, "it varies". So I stood there and said, so does it vary from $100 more or $1,000 more' It was obvious that she was intentionally being rude.
One thing about other people ratings on this apartment is people are saying give them a chance. I've given Annette a chance many times, and one main thing she lacks is customer service. It's crazy how much management staff can affect someone's decision to stay or leave. We've talked to our neighbors, because we wanted to find out if she's like that all the time. Most of them felt the same way, they don't plan to renew their lease because the whole atmosphere of the apartments have changed.
We moved out, and of course Annette is the one to review our apartment and make sure everything was in good condition. We got charged $350! I was upset, I understood the charges for the holes in the walls, I put up pictures. But everything else was in good condition. No stains on the carpet, the rooms were spotless. This was when I knew she did all that out of spite.
As you can see my only complaint is about Annette, these apartments are beautiful. If you are interested in these apartments, you have been warned to not associate yourself with management, or at least don't get on their bad side. When I first moved in: Jennifer and Danielle knew us by name, they always offered us help, they had great customer service. They set the example of how management staff should be.

It seems as though you took my rating to heart? Well if that was a sly personal attack, that doesn't get to me. My opinion and your opinion are obviously very different. However my point has been made, and people that read this can take it for what it is: a rating based on the experience I had in these apartments.

This is interesting to actually view because I'm a current tenant at these apartments and I can not wait for my lease to be up. Annette's rude and not helpful at all. Seems like one person viewing this has had a different experience, good for you. But your opinion is way different from the original poster of this topic, mines, and several friends of mine who "were" current tenants here. I agree with the original poster that these apartments are nice and quiet, but the leasing ladies (mainly Annette) need some assistance in proper customer service or find of a new field of work because attitudes like theirs will not get you far. If you don't believe me, that is fine, but go around and look at all the people who are moving out. It seems to be the same complaints from the ones who I have I bumped into. I'm definetly not renewing here. God Bless You and eat more ----, it's obvious you're full of it.

This is obviously another idiot that works at this complex defending the same person over and over responding. Poision . . LOL! I'm going to have to agree with you on this one and say that I'm glad that we moved also, because we caused ssssoooo mmmmuuuccchhh poison at this complex yet we've never had a complaint against us. Good one idiot. And are you stupid? More people these days are moving into apartments and leaving their houses because they can't afford the mortgages or have you not been keeping up with the economy? It's apparent you have sand in your head or you would use proper grammer. Go back to school.

now why would big companies watch these posts. Its like a big cat fight. No rules. Just everyones opinions. some good some not good. some indifferent. Most likley they throw it all in a bucket shake it up and figures it comes out about even. They are smart enough to know all of these are only our personal opinions. some lies, some not lies.

I have never heard so much venemous words flowing on this site as what I am reading here. I have read all of your opinions and as for Annette, I agree that there is more to this story than meets the eye. Both Christi and Annette are always professional and hard working. Ok, you dont like Annette. Who cares. Its hard enough to get through these hard times without all this venom. People are moving due to the economy, trying to find cheaper places to live. Ok so you dont like someone. Gee, well get over it. If you move every time you do not care for office staff, packing and unpacking must be your favorite thing in life.
