I moved into 9200 Redmond Place in July and I have a beautiful 850 sq ft one bedroom one bath with a study for an incredible price!
I have never experienced any problems with the management or the maintenance staff. Everytime I have made a request for maintenance, the job has been completed within a few days. The management staff has also gone above and beyond the call of duty! The girls in the office took care of my cat and picked up my mail while I was out of town. How's that for service'
The grounds are beautiful and well kept and it is incredibly quiet! You would never even think that you were right next to downtown Redmond! Everything is convienent, grocery shopping, restaurants, Redmond Towncenter and two movie theaters basically right next door.
With the convience and the friendliness of this community, I think that it is a perfect place to live. Free underground parking, plenty of guest parking, free tanning, and you can't hear your neighbors. how much better can you get'!'!'!
